The people who quote your job are the people who cut it. No handoff, no sub crews, no voice you have never heard explaining why Thursday became Monday.

A shop, not just a truck
Built-ins, panel runs and stair parts are milled, coped and finished at the Cass Ferry shop, so site days are assembly days — quieter, shorter, easier to live beside.

The five-year joint
Every joint we cut is guaranteed five years against open gaps. Wood moves; our cope stays ahead of it. If one ever opens, we come back and cut it again on our own clock.

The measure
Openings counted, conditions photographed, budget spoken out loud at the tailgate. Free — and the numbers stay yours whoever you hire.
Day 2
The line-item quote
Published rates applied to your rooms, every line visible, materials at cost plus ten. Fixed for thirty days.
Week 1
Shop fabrication
Paneling, treads and built-ins cut, coped and finished flat at the shop, then crated in install order so site days are short.
Last day
The level walkthrough
You hold the six-inch level and we walk every corner together. The truck does not load while a finger can find a gap.
I called three shops. Two wanted to “see the job before talking numbers.” Hammermark emailed the rate card before they called me back — and the final invoice matched it to the day.
