High-rise & commercial glass · Lic. WC-9001 · certified rope teams

The building looks new again. It was just clean.

Elevation does the glass nobody else will touch: forty-storey curtain wall, atriums, solariums and the lobby that meets every visitor. Pure-water systems, certified rope teams, and schedules that never cross your tenants' mornings.

Sound familiar?

Dirty glass costs more than clean glass. Ask your leasing agent.

Streaked curtain wall reads as neglect before a prospect reaches the lobby, and neglected glass etches — permanently. Elevation contracts run on intervals that protect the asset, priced per schedule, executed before your tenants arrive for coffee.

  • Pure-water, spot-free Deionized systems and water-fed poles — no soap film, no mineral etch, and a streak-free standard you can audit from the street.
  • Certified rope & platform SPRAT/IRATA-trained teams for the drops machinery cannot reach, with the safety documentation your insurer actually reads.
  • Never in your morning Schedules built around tenancy: nights, weekends, and lobby glass finished before the first espresso. Vendors should be invisible.

The walk & the count

We count the glass, photograph the access puzzles, and map the schedule around your tenancy. The bid prices the schedule, not the panic call.

2

Compliance first

Certificates, rope plans and insurance named to your building — on file before a squeegee leaves the van. Your insurer and ours stay friends.

3

Invisible execution

Crews arrive per schedule, before hours where needed, with photo confirmation per visit. Your building shines; nobody saw it happen.

Leasing office reported view-suite showings up 30% two quarters after we started the monthly interval. Clean glass is a leasing strategy, apparently — who knew. (Elevation knew.)
Property manager, riverfront tower · Curtain wall, monthly
The compliance file arrived before the crew did. Eleven years, forty storeys, zero incidents — that sentence is our insurer's favourite.
Facilities director · Rope access program
Our lobby glass had a hard-water shadow everyone said was permanent. Two visits later it is gone. The building looks re-glazed for a cleaning invoice.

The street audit

Inspect any window we cleaned from the street; a streak or smudge found inside 48 hours is re-cleaned free — no call required if our photo audit catches it first, which it usually does.

How do you price a high-rise?

By pane count, drop complexity and interval — a walk and a count produce the bid inside 24 hours. Interval pricing rewards routine: monthly costs less per visit than quarterly panic, because etch and mineral never get a foothold.

Are your crews actually certified?

SPRAT and IRATA certified for rope access, powered-platform licensed, with full WSIB coverage and certificates named to YOUR building on file. The paperwork arrives before the crew; that order is deliberate.

Can you work around our tenants?

Schedules are built around tenancy: lobby and storefront before opening, office floors by agreement, rope drops on weekends where the architecture demands it. Invisibility is part of the service.

Post-construction cleanup?

A specialty — cement slurry, sticker adhesive, paint overspray removed without scratching, then the first contract interval holds the standard. GCs keep us on speed dial for handover week.

The skyline owes you a reflection.
