Spring stamped work books six weeks ahead. The 2027 pour calendar opens March 1 — measure visits go in call order, and March fills before the thaw does.

What we pour
01
Stamped patios & courtyards
Ashlar slate, running-band cobble, herringbone. Color hardener broadcast into the surface, stamped with powder release, washed, then sealed at day 28 with a high-solid acrylic — matte or wet-look, your call, renewed on a three-year cycle we schedule for you.
02
Driveways & aprons
Five inches of 4,000-psi over six of compacted aggregate. Rebar grid, control joints sawed on a 10-to-12-foot map, broom or exposed-aggregate finish. Built to be plowed, salted and lived on, not photographed once.
03
Walkways, steps & landings
Radius bends formed on site, salt-finish treads, rail cores drilled and sleeved before the pour — not chiseled after. The walk meets the door casing and the grade, not the catalogue page.
04
Tear-out to sealed handover
We break the old slab, haul and dump it, pour the new one and seal it on the third visit. One crew, one warranty, no subcontracted gap for water to find on its way to your foundation.

How it goes
From phone call to sealer
Three visits, no subcontractors, one warranty covering all of it. The only decision you cannot postpone is the pattern — everything else is on our calendar before we leave your driveway.
The 20-minute measure
We walk the site, shoot the grades and leave a written per-square-foot number — good for sixty days, no site visit fee.
Pattern day
You pick pattern and color from 2-ft-by-2-ft samples poured in YOUR base color, not a brochure swatch under shop lights.
Pour day
One continuous placement, stamped while the surface takes powder, control joints sawed on the map within twelve hours.
Seal day
Week four: washed, sealed high-solid acrylic, walked together, warranty signed and in your hand.
We priced Cindermark against real bluestone and the number came back a third. Four winters of road salt later the courtyard still looks poured last month — and the sealer visit shows up on THEIR calendar before it is on mine.
The joint-line warranty, in writing
If a control joint spalls or a stamped surface delaminates inside five years, we repair it free — materials and labor. Concrete cracks; ours cracks where we told it to.
