What we do
Three crafts, one studio
Ground & sealed patios
Wet-polished to a 200-grit hone, densified against oil and wine, sealed matte. The surface reads as limestone at a fraction of the price, and it shrugs off a shore-wind January the way limestone wishes it could.
Architectural walkways
Width set by the door casings, joints laid on the module of the façade, integral color matched to the roofline. A walk that looks designed because it was — the drawing exists, and you keep it.
Courtyards & site slabs
Grade shot, aggregate compacted in lifts, then poured as one placement so there are no cold joints to find in ten years. Fire-pit cores, rail sleeves and lighting conduit set before the truck arrives — never drilled after.

Questions we get at the drawing table
Is the design work extra?
The scaled drawing is part of the commission — it is how we quote, so it cannot be extra. If you want drawings alone for another crew to pour, that is a separate $900 package and we say so before the first line.
Can concrete really look this light?
Yes. Integral pigment in the cream range plus a ground surface opens the fine aggregate and lightens the paste — the result reads warm limestone, not sidewalk grey. The samples are poured in your base color for a reason.
How do I care for it in winter?
No de-icing salt the first winter, ever; sand or calcium-magnesium acetate after that. The matte sealer renews every third year on a schedule we keep — you will hear from us, not the reverse.
What does a commission run?
Ground patios from $22 a square foot, architectural walkways from $18, board-formed steps priced off the drawing. The measure visit turns those into one written number that holds for sixty days.
Ten years, structural
If a Northlight slab settles, heaves or cracks outside its mapped joints within ten years, we remove and re-pour it. Structural means structural — not a prorated coupon against your next patio.
