Powder-coated palisade and mesh panels with the toe- and finger-holds engineered out — for substations and yards where the threat is determined rather than opportunist, and the spec is written by someone with a clipboard.

Trackless cantilever gates to 40 feet on commercial rollers rated to 100,000 cycles, loop detectors, and keyed or keypad access wired into your existing system — installed, load-tested and handed over with the clicker.

Galvanized kennel runs, batting-cage enclosures and storage cages built for a decade of the roughest customer there is: the public. Framework sized to the abuse, mesh tensioned so it stays that way.
ASTM F567, not vibes
Commercial chain-link has a real installation standard — terminal pulls, brace bands, tension amounts. We build to it and cite it on the spec sheet; the inspector notices, and so does year fifteen.
Hardware graded to duty
A gate swinging three shifts needs rollers and hinges rated in cycles, not residential springs. We size the hardware to the use it will actually get and print the grade on the quote.
Breach response, contractual
A cut line is a liability clock. Our repair crews answer around the clock, and the 24-hour response is written into the maintenance contract — not the brochure.

We walk the yard at the hour it actually gets tested, photograph the approach lines, and mark the gates the trucks really use. The threat model is written, not assumed.
Spec & price
Mesh gauge, post schedule, hardware grades and the gate cycle rating on one spec sheet — with a fixed price and the insurance letter your carrier will ask for.
Set & build
Terminal posts to frost in concrete, mesh tensioned to F567, gates hung and load-tested with material in the run. Night and weekend shifts available on live sites.
Test & hand over
Every gate cycled, every pull measured, the maintenance contract signed — and the 24-hour breach line answered by the crew that built it, not a call centre.
Our insurer dropped the fence surcharge the week the Caldwell spec sheet arrived — F567 set, cycle-rated hardware, the response clause. Two break-in attempts since, both stopped at the line, both repaired before the morning shift noticed.

How tall should a security fence be?
Six feet plus a barbed arm answers opportunists; eight-foot anti-scale answers the determined one. Insurers and the sites they cover usually write the height for you — we quote to the spec on the sheet, and tell you honestly when six would have done.
Can you work inside a live site?
Weekly. Badged crews, night and weekend windows, escort protocols and hot-work permits handled by our supervisor — the corrugator yard and both substations were built without a single shift lost.
What does building to ASTM F567 actually buy me?
Terminal-post pulls, brace assemblies and tension amounts that are measured rather than felt — which is the difference between mesh that stays drum-tight for a decade and the sagging line you are replacing. It also reads well in the binder.
Do you carry the maintenance after install?
Yes, as a written contract: scheduled tension checks, gate service and the 24-hour breach response with the response time in the clause. Most perimeter clients roll it into the same annual number.
