COMMERCIAL FLOORING · THE SALTWORKS DISTRICT · NIGHTS & WEEKENDS

Laid while the till sleeps.

Bellhouse floors restaurants, salons, boutiques and clinics — after close, over weekends, in phases that never cost you a trading day. One foreman from measure to health-department walkthrough, and crews that treat your mop closet like their own kitchen.

Laid while the till sleeps.

Two renovation windows remain this quarter — the week after Thanksgiving, and the first two weeks of January. Nights book faster. crews@bellhousefloors.example

The floor is the only thing every customer touches

A commercial floor is a business decision wearing a trades uniform: it has to survive chairs, strollers, mop buckets and the health inspector, and it has to look like the brand while it does. We specify, install and certify the whole stack — underlayment to topcoat — for spaces that cannot afford to close while we do it.

After-hours, all of it

Crews start at your close and are off the floor before open, every night. The night premium is in the rate card, not discovered on the invoice.

Phased for zero closed days

Rooms sequenced so the till never stops — half the dining room at a time, treatment rooms rotated, the retail floor in thirds.

One foreman, start to sign-off

The person who measures is the person who hands you the warranty card. No rotating subs learning your building on your time.

1

Measure after close

Ninety minutes on your empty floor with a laser and the straightedge. We photograph the mop paths — wear patterns are specifications in disguise.

2

Spec & sample board

Three options on a board you can spill coffee on, priced against the phase plan, slip ratings attached for the inspector.

3

Phase & schedule

Nights, weekends or closure windows — written down, room by room, with your trading calendar as the constraint the plan answers to.

4

Install, certify, reopen

Each phase ends swept, mopped and ready for the morning shift. Final phase ends with the warranty card and the slip certificates in one folder.

The re-open promise

Every phase, every night: the space we worked opens with the morning staff able to work it. If a phase ever runs past open, the overrun labor is ours — five years and it has not been ours yet.

Six nights, three phases, zero closed dinners. The crew was out by 10 p.m. every night and the floor was moppable when the morning line cook arrived. I have fired quieter contractors for less.

They measured after close on a Tuesday and had a sample board with slip ratings on my counter Thursday. The inspector asked who did the floor; he wrote the answer down.

We carry the district’s standard certificates and bond on file — procurement teams, ask and it is in your inbox within the hour.

Can you really work entirely overnight?

Yes — the rate card is built around it. Crews start at your close and the last tool is in the van before your open, with the worked space swept, mopped and barrier-ready for the morning staff. Loud operations (tear-out, grinding) are scheduled for weekends or closure windows, agreed in the phase plan.

What about asbestos-era subfloors and old adhesives?

The survey prices the stack, not just the surface: black mastic, suspected ACM and Gypsum-Crete are all common under Saltworks buildings. We test where the law requires, abate through licensed partners where it demands, and the phase plan accounts for the days it adds.

How do you price materials?

At cost plus ten percent, itemized on the quote — never folded into a blended square-foot rate. You see the supplier invoice shape, the labor shape, and the phasing shape as three separate columns.

Do you handle multi-site rollouts?

Yes — phased across locations so trade never stops anywhere at once. The same foreman carries the spec binder site to site; the guarantee follows the binder.

What is the smallest job you take?

A single treatment room, one salon bay, an entrance matwell. Small commercial work is how most of our multi-site relationships started — the rate card has no minimum, only the after-close visit minimum.
