Framer you never meet, mason who left Thursday, painter who comes "eventually". Nine Rivers replaced the carousel with a shop: the people who quote your project are on your site, in Nine Rivers shirts, until the keys.

The shop walk
You meet the crews where the work happens. Saws, sawdust, the timber inventory. Free, and unusually convincing.
Weeks 1–3
Drawn & priced
Sketches become drawings, drawings become a fixed quote. You know the number before we know the paint colour.
Raise week
The frame goes up
The oldest good feeling in building: a cut frame standing by Friday, pegged, square, photographed with you in it.

Fit & finish, by us
Benches, stone, paint — our people, in order, on schedule. The walkthrough list ends with keys and a bottle from the valley.
We watched our beams get cut on a Tuesday and stood under them on Friday. Our kids know Dezi by name. There is no version of this with a carousel.
The quote was the quote. The crew was THE crew — all fourteen of them, over five months. Our accountant asked for the name of a contractor like that for her own build.
The mason matched a 1908 retaining wall so the city inspector asked who the original builder was. It was Nine Rivers. Both times, apparently.

Why cap at twelve projects?
Because the shop has fourteen people and pride has a capacity. The twelfth project gets the same crew quality as the first; a thirteenth would not, so it does not exist.
Do you travel?
Ninety minutes from the yard, further for timber frames — the frame travels well, the crews less so. Ask; the answer is usually yes with a camp fee and a good story.
Can we supply our own drawings?
Gladly — we will price them honestly and say where the drawing fights the craft. Half our best homes started on somebody else's drafting table.
What is a shop walk?
An hour in the yard: the timber inventory, the bench, the crew photos on the wall. It answers the only question a website cannot — who exactly is going to be in your house.
