Yardworks
Sound familiar?
Your Saturday is not a lawn-care business plan.
The mower that starts on the ninth pull, the edge that went soft in July, the bed you weeded "next weekend" for six weekends. Yardworks is the subscription answer: the same crew, the same day, flat monthly pricing, and a guarantee that puts rain-dates on us.
- Same crew, same day Your crew learns your gates, your dog, your soggy corner. Route-tight scheduling means they arrive when the calendar says.
- The rain-date promise Weather moves your visit to the very next dry day — automatically, at our cost, without you calling anyone.
- Flat monthly, cancel monthly One number covers the season: mowing, edging, bed weeding, and the spring and fall cleanups that everyone else bills as surprises.

Aerial measurement plus two photos you text us: your flat monthly number arrives same-day. No visit needed for most yards.
Meet your crew
The first visit includes a walkthrough (or a detailed note) — gates, dog, soggy corner, the hydrangea with opinions.
Autopilot
Same day weekly, photo confirmations after each visit, and the seasonal cleanups arrive on the calendar without you lifting a phone.
Three seasons with the same two guys. They know the gate code, the dog's name, and which sprinkler head not to hit. The photo after every visit is quietly genius — I never wonder if they came.
Sold the house in nine days and I genuinely credit the yard photos. Curb appeal is a subscription, it turns out, and it pays out at closing.
The rain-date guarantee moved my Thursday visit to Friday twice this spring — automatic, no phone call, no charge. My last "guy with a truck" ghosted me for three weeks over one storm.

The stripe test
If the lines are not straight and the edges not cut — any visit, any time — we come back within 48 hours and that visit is free. We named it the stripe test because we mean it.
How do you quote without visiting?
Aerial measurement for the lot, and two photos you text us for gates, slopes and obstacles. Same-day number, and if the first visit reveals something the photos hid, we call before the second — the price adjusts only with your yes.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Yardworks is month-to-month because routes stay full on quality, not paperwork. Pause for winter automatically; cancel with one text. The best retention strategy is a good lawn.
What about the dog?
Crews are briefed per yard — gate codes, dog names, the one that escapes. Photo confirmations include the closed gate, every visit. We are dog people; the routes are designed around it.
Snow, leaves, irrigation?
Fall cleanup is in the seasonal plan; snow is a separate route (ask — it sells out by November); irrigation heads get flagged and avoided. One company for the yard's whole year is the entire idea.
Never think about the lawn again.
Flat quote same day. First visit inside a week.
