May is filling. Exteriors book first-come, and we hold two slots each week for storm-damage repitches — (555) 610-2288 gets a human, not a menu.
What we do
What the truck unloads
Full exterior repaints
Every Truecoat exterior is three coats: scrape and sand back to sound film, spot-prime every bare patch, one full bond coat, one finish coat — sprayed on and back-brushed while wet, so the film rides into the grain instead of sitting on top of it. Fibre-cement, cedar, stucco and clapboard each get their own written system.
Decks, rails & porch floors
Stripped or brightened, then flooded with penetrating oil or solid acrylic stain in a colour you chose from a sample on your own boards. Rails are brushed by hand — spraying a rail mostly repaints the hedge.
Garage doors & cabinetry sprays
The same factory-flat catalysed enamel we spray on kitchen cabinets goes on your garage door: hardware off, four thin coats, cured before the evening dew. Brushed garage doors flake at the panel seams; sprayed ones do not.
Commercial & multi-unit
Strata complexes, storefronts and barns from two thousand to forty thousand square feet — night crews so your shop never closes, fixed-price contracts, and a supervisor on site who answers his phone instead of a ticket queue.
Truecoat painted our place in four days and power-washed the driveway before they left. Three winters on, the trim by the downspouts — the spot every other painter missed — still holds its colour. That is the part you cannot fake.
The twelve-year peeling warranty
Peeling, blistering or flaking on any surface we prepped and painted is on us — materials and labour — for twelve years. It is printed, signed and stapled to your invoice, not spoken over a tailgate and forgotten by autumn.
Fair questions
What happens if it rains mid-job?
We make the weather call each morning, tarp everything open, and the clock stops — a rain day moves the finish day, it never moves the price. You get the photo update either way.
Do you use subcontractors?
Two crews, everyone on Truecoat payroll, the same faces from estimate to clean-up. The person who quotes your house is on the ladder for it.
How do you handle decades of old paint?
Lead-safe certified practices on anything pre-1978: containment, HEPA extraction, disposal receipts. We test at the walkthrough and show you the strip before we agree a colour.
What is the deposit?
Nothing until the primer passes your inspection. Twenty-five percent at midpoint, the balance when you have walked the whole house and the yard is cleaner than we found it.
One visit. One number. That is the quote.
We measure the house, not your enthusiasm. The price on the estimate is the price on the invoice — if the job runs long, that is our afternoon, not your deposit.
