Sound familiar?
A $4,000 tap on a $40 install is a very expensive tap.
Beautiful fixtures fail at the wall, not in the catalogue — the wrong rough-in, a shimmed valve, a hand-tight supply line behind your custom tile. AQUAHAUS does the invisible half properly: pressure-balanced, insulated, accessible panels where they belong.
- Rough-in like a German train Level to the millimetre, pressure-tested twice, photographed before tile closes the wall — the photos live in your client binder.
- Specified, not just supplied We match fixtures to your pressure, your water chemistry and your tile thickness. The tap you fell for works here, at your house.
- Silence is a plumbing standard Strapped, insulated, properly vented. If your new bath sings, we come back — that is the quiet guarantee.
What we build
The studios
Full bath studios
Design-support and install of the whole wet side — from rough-in to the last trim ring.
Kitchen plumbing
Filtered water, pot fillers, disposers and the quiet dishwasher loop.
Fixture-only installs
Your purchases, installed to studio standard. Designer fixtures welcome; instructions optional.
The process
From tile showroom to first soak
The studio visit
Bring your tile, your Pinterest and your water report. We spec the rough-in and the fixtures that suit YOUR pressure — not the showroom's.
The rough-in review
Installed, pressure-tested, photographed. Your tile setter closes the wall over the best-documented plumbing in the valley.
Trim, test, first fill
Fixtures set, balanced and quiet-tested. We leave the binder: photos, spec sheet, and the maintenance card.
Our designer said it was the first plumbing rough-in she'd photographed for her portfolio. That sentence cost nothing extra and means everything.
They talked me OUT of the expensive rain head because our pressure would have made it a drizzle, and INTO the thermostatic valve. The shower is perfect. The honesty is rarer.
The client binder with in-wall photos saved a fortune when a tile cracked at year two — the panel was exactly where the binder said. Engineers, honestly.

The quiet guarantee
Strapped, insulated, balanced. If the installation we made sings, hums or drips inside five years, we return and the visit is ours, not yours.
Can you work with my designer or builder?
It is most of our calendar. We speak tile-setter, cabinet-maker and architect fluently — the rough-in review exists so the whole wall team builds on documented plumbing.
Do you sell fixtures?
We can supply at spec-sheet price, but we are equally happy installing yours. The studio fee is the craft, not the markup — which is why designers keep us on their shortlists.
Repairs too, or only studios?
Studios feed the calendar; repairs keep the tools honest. Existing clients get priority booking — and yes, 2 a.m. bursts happen to beautiful bathrooms too.
How far ahead should I book?
Rough-in coordination: 3–4 weeks ahead of your tile date. Fixture-only installs: usually inside a week. The binder and the calendar both start at the studio visit.
Plumb the room like you mean to stay in it.
The studio visit is $120 and credits fully into the work.
