Ridge & Rise
Sound familiar?
A roof is 60% of your curb appeal and 100% of your worst rainy night.
The industry quotes from the driveway and hopes. Ridge & Rise quotes from a drone survey and a decking report — because the number that matters is the one under the shingles, and you deserve to see it before you sign anything.
- Drone + decking report Every quote comes with slope-by-slope photography and a written decking condition report. If the plywood under the shingle is bad, you know on day one, not demo day.
- Master-level install Certified on the systems we sell — standing seam, slate, designer shingle. Warranties registered in your name before the ladder comes down.
- The site leaves with us Magnetic sweeps, protected landscaping, and a dumpster that does not murder your driveway. The yard should look like we were never there — except the roof.
What we install
Roofing systems
Standing seam metal
The fifty-year roof: concealed fasteners, snow-slide ready, architectural colours.
Designer shingle
Dimensional, impact-rated, and insurance-friendly. The quiet luxury option.
Slate & composite slate
The century roof. Cut, course-corrected, and flashed by hand.

Survey to registration
The drone survey
Forty minutes, every slope photographed, decking probed, gutters and flashings reviewed — the report is yours even if you never hire us.
The fixed quote
System by system, line by line, with the warranty each carries. No "allowance for surprises" — surprises are what the survey was for.
Install & registration
Most homes roofed in 2–3 days, inspected, photographed from above, and the 50-year warranty registered in your name before we pull the dumpster.
The drone report found plywood rot two other roofers missed entirely — and priced it honestly in the quote instead of discovering it mid-job at panic rates. The standing seam is gorgeous.
Our HOA has opinions. Ridge & Rise brought colour samples TO the meeting and the roof passed unanimously. Fifty-year warranty, and the yard was cleaner after than before.
They reroofed our slate 1908 in matching Vermont slate. The heritage board approved the photos on first review. First roofer in a decade who did not propose replacing it.

Free, yours to keep
The 50-year paper
Workmanship and material, registered in your name, transferable once. If our flashing fails inside fifty years, the repair is ours — in writing, not in spirit.
Metal or shingle — what should I actually do?
Metal if you are staying fifteen-plus years or the architecture wants it: it costs roughly double and lasts roughly triple. Shingle if resale inside a decade is likely. The survey report prices both against YOUR rooflines, which beats any rule of thumb.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Storm damage claims are a third of our calendar. We document to the carrier's format, meet the adjuster on the roof if they want, and invoice the agreed scope — not a padded one. A claim they trust is a claim that closes.
Can you match our heritage district?
Slate profiles, cedar shakes and approved metal profiles — we have passed four heritage-board reviews. The survey includes the matching plan the board wants to see.
What about winter?
We roof down to -5°C with cold-weather adhesives and reserve seam work for above-freezing days. The schedule in your quote names the weather windows honestly — a roof rushed into a freeze is a warranty claim waiting to happen.
See your roof the way the rain does.
The drone survey is free and the report is yours regardless.
