We will show you the model before the price, quote the array the model says, and guarantee the kilowatt-hours in writing.
What those three sentences mean
The creed, in five lines
The model before the price
A drone flight, a horizon trace and your last twelve bills, run month by month — shown to you before anyone says a dollar. If the honest array is smaller than the one a salesman would pitch, you learn it from the model first.
The array the model says
Not the array that clears inventory, earns the bonus or fits this quarter’s promo. The kilowatt number the shade model printed, in the configuration it printed — string, micro or ground, and it says which.
The kilowatt-hours guaranteed
Ninety-five percent of modelled production in year one, in the contract, with the shortfall credited at your net-metering rate and sizing misses fixed in hardware. A guarantee is a number or it is a mood.
String or micro, the roof decides
One clean plane earns a string inverter — one serviceable part, less money per watt. Shade earns micros, panel by panel. We install both and own neither argument; the model settles it above the kitchen table.
The phone answered by the builder
No sales floor, no commissioned route, no call center. The person who quoted your roof is the person on the ladder, and in year eight the person who answers the beep.
Services & rates
The creed, priced
Cash prices from this year’s Whetstone Falls installs — permits, interconnection filing and the ten-year workmanship warranty inside the number, the 30% federal credit still to come off it, and the year-one production floor of 95% written on the same page as the price. The model at the free survey decides string versus micros and which row your roof earns; the creed is not a discount structure, and neither is the card.

The 95% floor
Year one, the array makes ninety-five percent of the modelled kilowatt-hours or the shortfall is credited at your net-metering rate — and a miss caused by our sizing is fixed in hardware, on our invoice. Three payouts in eleven winters; three sets of panels, free, delivered with the apology the model deserved.
The model is yours
Printed, month by month, with the shade hours and the tariff in it — take it to any installer in the county. One in eight of our models gets built by somebody else, and those roofs perform within a percent of the ones we build, which is exactly the point of a good model.
No expiring prices
The rate card does not know what season it is. A quote is good for the roof it was modelled from, full stop — there is no Friday deadline because there is no commission riding on your signature.
How it goes
Model to guarantee
The same sequence on every job — the only variable is your project.
Days 1–3
The free model
The flight, the trace, the bills. Three days later the model is on your kitchen table: kilowatt-hours by month, string and micro priced side by side, the payback year computed from your tariff — and no price printed on it at all, because the model comes first.
Week two
The kitchen-table review
We walk the model line by line, you ask everything, and the quote that follows is the model with numbers attached. If the honest answer is a ground mount at the pasture line — or no array at all — that is the answer the table hears.
Weeks three to six
Permits & the one-day roof
Permit, interconnection, the HOA letter. Then install day: flashed attachments, rail squared to the ridge, torque recorded, the attic checked the morning after. Most Anvil Range roofs finish between breakfast and dinner.
Every spring, after
The wash & the re-read
The glass washed, the rail re-torqued, and the year read against the model — with you, on paper. The guarantee settles here, in the month you can check it, and the model is re-baselined for the year the trees grew.
2025 — 2026, the Falls & the Range
Roofs the model built
Six from the model file, each captioned with what the model said and what the roof did — the two numbers the creed lives or dies on.
Two quotes before theirs pitched 12 kilowatt arrays off a June bill and a handshake. Noonmark flew the roof, showed me a model with my own December in it, and quoted 7.6 — smaller, cheaper, with a floor under it in writing. Year one came in at 97 percent of model, the spring visit re-read it with me at the table, and my neighbor is now on their third model. The creed is not decoration; it is the cheapest solar advice in the county and it happens to come with an installer attached.
Fair questions
Questions the creed invites
The five every Falls kitchen reaches once the model is on the table. The shop line answers seven to five, and the model is always on the table.
What happens if the model is wrong?
It gets settled in the month you can check it. Under 95% of modelled production in year one and the shortfall is credited at your net-metering rate at the spring re-read; if the miss was our sizing, hardware goes up at our cost. It has happened three times in 487 roofs — three apologies, three panel sets, and two of those roofs now beat their re-baselined models.
Do you take the federal credit off the price like the door-knockers offer?
No, and the offer is the tell: the credit is between you and the taxman, applied when you file, not a discount a company can lend you and collect on later. Our price is the cash price; your installer taking a tax position in your name is a financing product wearing a haircut.
Roof or ground — which does the model usually pick?
On this valley’s treed lots, more grounds than the industry average: a clean plane at the pasture line outperforms a shaded roof by enough to pay for its own trench, and the model prices both side by side so the choice is arithmetic rather than faith. Where the roof wins, the roof wins — about two arrays in three.
What happens when I sell the house?
The warranty and the guarantee travel with the roof, the monitoring re-registers in an afternoon, and the buyer inherits the model — a roof with a printed production history appraises better than one with a brochure. Two Noonmark roofs have closed on their model alone, per the realtors, which we mention with more pride than is probably seemly.
How much does an Anvil Range winter actually make?
Fifty-five to sixty-five percent of a summer month on a clean plane, and the model says so month by month rather than averaging it away — the December line is in the contract because December is the month the meter gets watched. Anyone quoting you a June number and calling it a year is selling you half the truth; the other half is our entire sales pitch.

Ask for the model first
Tell us the town and the roof. The model is free, printed, and yours whoever builds it — and if it says solar is wrong for your lot, it will say that too, in writing, which is the creed working. creed@noonmarksolar.example
