Questions
What counts as a workspace?
A business, a brand, a location or a client. Workspaces nest, so a parent can hold the ones under it and hand down its apps, its settings and its integrations.
What is a custom module?
A module you design inside Boomtown — its own screens and its own records, on the same permissions and the same MCP surface as the built-in ones. It is how the system stops being a feature list.
What does MCP access mean?
Every module exposes its tools over the Model Context Protocol. An agent you authorise can configure the system, run automations in it and work alongside you in it — scoped to exactly what you grant.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. A plan is a ceiling, not a shape: moving up raises the limits and nothing has to be rebuilt.
